SUPPORT HOURS
Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT+7). During this time, we are able to provide general responds or feedbacks on any support queries within 12 – 24 hours.
SUPPORT LIMITATION
Our supports cover for all of our products only such as PSD Templates, Rumi Skin Joomla! Templates, Joomla! Extensions, etc; that mentioned in our website. We cannot give general support for other related software or applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Joomla! CMS, etc; which are not specifically related to all of our products. For general support for each software or applications, you may visit their website or support forum.
We may be considering the differences between support and modifications, so while we are trying to help you with any support’s inquiries (support or modification), we cannot provide extensive help in terms of modifications. Technical support related to all of our products will take priority over modification support. If you think that your support inquiries are in terms of modification, you may contact us to request custom services that provided in the website. BUGS FIXING OR VERSION UPDATES
Downloading bugs fixed products from our online shopping website (Van De Nito Shop – http://shop.vandenito.com) using your Download ID that packed with their core package will/may require you to buy it again. Please keep in mind that Van De Nito shop is not Theme/Template Club that offering a membership, if you already miss your Download Times or Download Expiration Day, you cannot download the product’s update again unless buying it again from our website.

Some categories or topics in our support forum are open to public. If you are customers who already bought any products from us, we will need your email address and Order ID to give you a permission access to each product’s categories or topics as they are protected from public or regular members. You may get any product’s information, bugs fixing solutions or even product’s version update (if available) from there; and any files download activities (if provided) are free of charge without times or day expiration limit.
To get a permission access to specific product’s categories or topics in our support Forum, please follow the instructions below:
