Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use all products sold through our website (http://shop.vandenito.com) by Van De Nito Shop (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms of Services (the “license”) issued by our company.
PRODUCT'S LICENSING AND USAGE
All of our products (Rumi Skin Joomla! Templates, Joomla! Extensions, SMF Theme Styles, etc that mentioned in our website) are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html), except PSD Templates. All of our products may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like.
PSD Templates product licensed and copyrighted under Van De Nito; and you are not allowed to redistribute it in many ways.
Many of our products use third parties products/libraries/addon/extensions/etc such as Javascript libraries, modules, plugins, etc; which may carry their own licenses.
You are authorized to make any modifications to the product for your own purposes or integrate specific features.
PRODUCT’S UPDATES
Product updates are available to customers who have made any purchases. We will provide all product’s update (if available) in our support Forum. Please read our Support Policy for further information!
Each product released in Van De Nito Shop has its own description, specifications, requirements and compatibility issues. We cannot guarantee the usage of each product that didn’t meet their requirements or even disregard its compatibility issues. However, we will try to do the best we can to keep them all up to date.
PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION PROCESS
For foreign customers: Currently we only able to receive payment via PayPal. You will need to have a PayPal account to do this action.
For local customers (Indonesia only): We only able to receive payment via Bank Transfer. You will get our Bank Account info and payment confirmation instructions in the end of checkout process.
Invoice with PENDING (P) status will be created for all transactions made through Van De Nito Shop website and sent into customer’s email address for confirmation. You will need to get the invoice status become CONFIRMED (C) to get a Download ID which you can use it to download your products in Download Product page.
DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS/PRODUCT’S DELIVERY
For payment using PayPal: After you have successfully transferred the payment using your PayPal account, you will get automatic notifications to your email that contain with:
- Invoice/transaction status change, from Pending (P) into Confirmed (C)
- Download ID and instructions to download your products
If you didn’t receive any email such like above, please contact us immediately so we can check/investigate the status of your payment or we just have a technical problem in our website or server.
For payment using Bank Transfer: After you have successfully transferred the payment to our Bank Account, please confirm your payment to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with subject “Konfirmasi Pembayaran untuk Order ID xxxxx”, where xxxxx is your Order ID number. In the message’s body, please mention:
- Your name
- Our bank account where you sent the payment
- Your bank account where you use it to send the payment
- Payment date and time
- Payment total
Currency Rates
All products are sold in USD (United States Dollar) and we use a standard exchange rates from USD to IDR as much as USD 1 = Rp. 10.000. To get to know your total payment or how much you have to pay the bill and send the payment to us, please count your total shopping with the exchange rates above.
Payment Approval
We need to manually approve your payment and send your Download ID to your email address in 1 x 24 hours. If you didn’t receive any confirmation from us in 1 x 24 hours, please contact us immediately by sending an email to

DOWNLOAD LIMITATION
All valid Download ID that has been sent to your email address has 3 download maximum times per order. It means that after the third download, your Download ID will be disabled automatically by system. The Download ID also will expire in 5 days after the first download.
We implement a download limitation caused by several reasons:
- We didn't implement a membership or login form in our site to keep all order process more simple
- Regarding to point 1, we have to keep the download section or page secure from malicious software, exploit, injection or other hacking activities.
- Regarding to point 1, we have to keep our server's traffic stable, especialy the store or shop website to not become too high that cause slow accessed by other users who want to shop in Van De Nito Shop meanwhile the other users downloading the products they've just bought.
OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Van De Nito. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
REFUND POLICY
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the any purchases are made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.

PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any prices of each products with or without notice at any time and from time to time. Any price changes may be provided in our website, forum or via social networking such as Twitter or Facebook.
WARRANTY
We are not warranty or guarantee any products we sold in any manner and their functions or integrations with other or third parties’ addons/component/modules/plugins or even web browser. Browser compatibility issues will be provided in each product’s descriptions/specifications/requirements and should be tested in demo server. Please read carefully all details provided in the product’s detail page, as we cannot guarantee all products will work with any terms you needed to.
